Yes. However, preferably it would be better to put the shed on concrete or tarmac. Paving slabs can be fine if they are relatively flat.
It depends on what style of shed you would like. Normally small sheds start in pricing from €350. You can add shelving, lights, locks etc then to your budget.
Yes. Sheds need a base to be placed on and cannot be put on grass. It causes too much stress on the product. The perfect base is concrete, followed by tarmac followed by paving slabs.
It depends. If you want a shed made form wood, then yes, it can be cheaper to make your own. If it is from metal, then it is definitely cheaper to purchase a pre-built shed.

Gary came to my home and checked out my bins at a time of mutual agreement and arrived on time. Some modifications to the quad bin storage were required so he went off to organize same.
