The strongest outdoor storage lights are the ones with the biggest solar panel to gather as much energy from the sun but also with the biggest battery. The bigger the battery means the light can store more energy and last longer into the night.
Once you have found a high quality supplier, it comes down to style. Would you like a string of garden solar lights or standalone solar garden lights. The light strings tend to run out of battery quicker if a big enough battery and solar panel is not provided.
Yes! I know we live in Ireland and you may have your doubts but trust me, they do work. Solar panels do not require direct sunlight to operate. Your solar light will charge nicely throughout the day and be nicely ready for the evening when it gets dark.
Yes! There are no moving parts in solar panels so the cold has little effect on them. They will obviously get less sun time as the days are shorter but they will still operate just fine.
Dirt and battery issues. The solar panels that charge the battery can get covered in dirt, so cleaning the surface will improve the efficiency of the solar panel. The other reason is the battery can get old. A change of battery will bring new life to your solar lights.
